Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

TheDeafEconomist ("we," "us") operates thedeafeconomist.com and related course and checkout pages. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. When you sign up for our checklist, webinar, courses, or purchases, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, and (for purchases) billing details. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number. We also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, browser type) to improve the site.

How we use it. We use your information to deliver what you asked for - the checklist, webinar links, course access, and receipts - and to send you emails about driver taxes and our products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. If you opt in to SMS reminders, you can reply STOP at any time.

What we don't do. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the business: systeme.io (email and course delivery), Stripe (payments), Google (webinar hosting), and Cloudflare (site infrastructure). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing joshua@thedeafeconomist.com. We'll confirm within a few business days.
