How refunds are issued. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Live review sessions. The personal return-review session (Full Bundle) is refundable until the review has been delivered. Once your review is completed, that portion of the purchase is non-refundable.

Software activations. If your purchase includes third-party software access and you request a refund before the software activates for the season, you receive a full refund.
